![]() Now I'm stuck with an unopened product that gave me an allergic reaction. When I looked at my receipt for the return policy of unopened products, it said: "No returns due to Covid." After some research on the company, and I came across and FDA warning that I'm not certain I completely understand, but made my feelings about this experience exponentially worse. I was clearly having an allergic reaction. By the end of the day I had redness, irritation and a headache. I wanted to believe in the results and I also wanted to get out of there so I succumbed to her pushy nature and purchased the cream (50% off just for you!!). ![]() I was surprised to see a lift transpire, so she proceeded to put it under my other eye. She placed the under eye cream on me without even asking. I kept telling her I had an appointment to get to but she persisted. I was shopping in January and got hijacked by a very pushy salesperson. As my husband and I left the Cabo store, John took a selfie with us and told me he would be keeping in touch with us - of course, I have not heard from him at all. I admit I got taken advantage of and I am very angry at Kedma Cabo AND myself for allowing this to happen. Jhon was a smooth talker and very convincing. Now I am stuck with a $2000 device (Ivory) that I do not want (and have never used) plus do not have the facial products I was promised. I have emailed the Cabo store several times over the past two weeks, with no response from them. I was told by my salesperson, Jhon, that I would receive a jar of peptide capsules + extras since I bought both Elevare devices. When I received the skin products, there were only 5 items in the box - 2 multi-use daytime moisturizers, 2 facial cleaners, and one tube of eye repair. When I contacted the Cabo location by email, I was told they do not offer refunds - all sales are final. No receipt was in the bag when I got home and I did decide to return the Ivory unit. I took both units with me when I left the store. I spent $5500 (scammed for sure) and was told I could return the Elevare units for a full refund within 1 month of purchase. I was promised a full collection of Kedma skin products (it was on display) within a week after my purchase. I purchased Elevare Ivory (blue light) and Elevare Red (red light) skin repair devices at the Kedma Cabo San Lucas retail shop in the marina.
